It is available 24 hours a day from any location. It is available to touch tone phones. A voice will guide you through the steps required to complete your transaction(s). The system is operated by you and our computer, so it is entirely “safe”. We have assigned a random PIN number for you. You may change your PIN code to any number you choose (a minimum of 4 digits) by simply selecting option 9 on the Main Menu.
