Telephone Banking Has High Tech Security
It is available 24 hours a day from any location. It is available to touch tone phones. A voice will guide you through the steps required to complete your transaction(s). The system is operated by you and our computer, so it is entirely “safe”. We have assigned a random PIN number for you. You may change your PIN code to any number you choose (a minimum of 4 digits) by simply selecting option 9 on the Main Menu.

Safe Deposit Boxes
For just pennies a day, a Safe Deposit Box is a secure place to store valuable items and important paper. It is only accessible to you or your designated representative.

Charter Bank has Safe Deposit Boxes ranging in size from 3” x 5”
to 10” x 10”.

Two ways to suit your style, an Élan Business Card gives you an edge.

• Élan Business Travel Card
  This card gives you one free travel point for every net purchase dollar charged. You can earn up to 10,000 points a month. Exchange your points for free tickets or other items like luggage, rental cars, or fax machines to name just a few. There is a low annual program fee.
  
• Élan Business Card
  You pay no annual membership fee as long as you make at least one purchase per year. Benefits include extended warranty coverage, purchase protection, travel insurance, travel assistance, car rental discounts, and free year-end reports.
